A Temporary Residence Permit for a Distant Family Member of an EU Citizen allows an unmarried partner or other eligible family member to reside in the Czech Republic with an EU citizen. For partners, the relationship must be long-term and duly documented. The permit also provides free access to the Czech labor market.
