Permanent Residence NON-EU National
NON-EU Nationals become eligible to apply for permanent residence after completing five years of continuous residence in the Czech Republic.
Foreign minors (under 18 years old) who are the children of foreigners holding a permanent residence permit in the Czech Republic can seek a permanent residence permit for family reunification without the obligation of meeting the previous residence requirement in the country.
