How Prague Relocation Support handles your personal data.

Who we are

Prague Relocation Support is operated by Petra Zavadilová, ID No. (IČO) 06268536, with its registered office at Československého exilu 2175/32, Modřany, 143 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic. For any questions about your personal data, contact us at info@relosupport.cz.

What data we collect

We only process the personal data you provide to us yourself: through the Start Online application form (such as your name, contact details, nationality, address and the documents you upload), through the contact form, or by contacting us directly by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.

Why we process it

Your data is used solely to assess your request, provide the relocation and administrative services you asked for, and communicate with you about them. Where the service involves filing an application with Czech authorities, your data and documents are used to prepare and submit that application on your behalf and based on your instructions.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, on the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries.

Who has access to it

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Your data is only disclosed to Czech authorities where that is the purpose of the service you requested, and it is stored with our web hosting and e-mail providers, which act as data processors.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@relosupport.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
