Employee card NON-EU National & renewal

An employee card is always issued for the specific job position and for a maximum length of 2 years. The position needs to be registered in the central register of job vacancies prior to being used for a visa application.
If you are already staying in the Czech Republic and are entitled to submit an application for an employee card you must do so at the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic (MOI).
If you are not already in the Czech Republic your application must be submitted at the embassy of the Czech Republic abroad.
